I do not think she said it was over subscribed.
More likely every Queenslander and his dog put in an expression of interest and she totaled these up. People had no intention of buying, just wanted to check out the prospectus. I had a quick look and gave it the flick. If there is buying, it won't come from Qld. We are disgusted by the sell off. Labor mismanagement of this state is a crime!!!!
