Looking at where Arrow's SP was 12 months ago, you would have to say that 2009 has been a good year for AOE, almost doubling its SP. By late August 09, it looked like $5.00 was on the card,(my prediction for year's end SP)

The CSG sector seems to have lost steam in the past few months with consolidation activity and takeover speculation coming to a grinding halt. Hopefully this can turn around in 2010.

My prediction for 2010 is that AOE will hit the $6.00 mark on speculation of a possible takeover in the second half.
