You are spot on .14 NTA and with your assumptions. It is extremely undervalued however this stock is a problem child because it does not market to brokers and has poor(no) marketing PR, there has been no posts other than standard regulatory stuff and it is not seen as 'sexy' stock like bauxite, coal etc.
It has a good sound business that nobody knows about.
Therein lies the problem Mr Brown
