Growing general practice clinics is a difficult game with the government trying to make it much harder. Gov has openly said on several occasions medicare is unsustainable at current levels- imo until private health providers can cover more GP costs growth will be difficult. The Allied health arm should do well if they get the practitioner fee splits and service agreements right- unless the gov pulls/reduces funding to the medicare funded physio care plans. I don't mean to be a downer, it's just an industry in a state of reform currently- on the bright side, never underestimate the power of the AMA. They smashed the gov when they tried to implement a GP co-payment.
