While I agree this is probably the end game for GRB, I hope it does not happen this year. Things appear to be going well, I would prefer they had time to increase market share, sales, profit etc. before it gets taken out.

As for a price, have a look at the issue price of managements shares/options/performance rights and you will be able to figure out at what price they would come to the table. They will make sure that they are rewarded handsomely. My guess is it is still too early, but who knows.
