Ramamba was talking about GW and his holding in CTN? Not an investment in NAOS - neither their Mgt co nor their two LICS.

GW last advised he/ his funds had between 5 and 6% of CTN. Say $9m to $10m of stock

CTN has inactive buy back. Why make it active. Only destroys value for the Fund Manager? Can't do it at higher price than 5% above recent market levels. So to get to NTA needs repeating offer until market price ( say ) 96c. Limits on pa vol also ?

Alternatively NAOS offer to GW to buy off market at NTA ? Solves two issues. GW gone, and as promised NAOS and its Directors have , as promised, substantial "skin in the game". Expensive skin?

Then have IMA , 2 Board seats, and 5% holding. Truly a NAOS company?
