i've got the impression that he already voted for the resolutions. and given the weight his words carry and him acknowledging discussions with some large holders, he could swing their opinion as well.
he knows NAOS board, and it was mentioned that WAM invested in one of their lics at 20pct discount and then engaged with them and got out when discount closed.
CTN as far as i remember still has the buyback in place, so that might be one tool, directors commitment to increase their holding is another, so in my opinion he would just eventually sell on market
