I gotta say,

It's refreshing to see a poster with something positive to say, who appears to provide some support for what they post and who doesn't state something as fact when it flies in the face of all that is evident.

I'd like to see more of this kind of debate here.

I'm sure you see what I am saying and the evidence suggesting criminal action is overwhelmingly supported by the direct accusations made by the auditors. We'd all be well served to move on from this by a simple announcement (perhaps one of the 5) as soon as is practicably possible. Clearly, the lack of response other than the lapdog barking "there's nothing there" and "they were jaded so they slung crap on their way out" does nothing to reinstate confidence in existing or potential shareholders. In my opinion, if they could, they would have come out with a clear simple explanation. Isn't the evidence absolutely overwhelming that they have engaged in criminal activity and that it is being covered up in the hope we'll just all forget and can move on and they can do it again?

Don't you believe that bigger smarter money would jump at NuSep if they saw the company as just the IP, as we do? But they probably say, the only way we'll invest is with professional, honest management and governance with integrity. Now ith these guys controling the show, they can't be booted out. So any investor has to come in knowing they have to take it with the incuments. Or stay out. Clearly, the second option is the one their all choosing.

And the encumbents are getting themselves deeper and deeper entrenched...like a parasite.
