Even with 60% ownership you cant take over the company.There has to be a vote and a considerable outsanding quota must agree. Id expect Shenghe to make their full move pre 40 cents. Post feasibility and ML initiate the first stage 60%. If the Greenland government and Australian government permits either move. I have uncovered some research that would indicate they are seemingly acceptable to it.
