Show me a chart with the triangle you talk of drawn up, Ill show you one wit the same triangle drawn up 50 other times . Of course the price doesnt stay in the same place forever, if thats what you mean by TA , it can go up or down, then I think you're not using TA right, every share price can go up or down and not stay the same price forever, dont need to even look at a chart to know that.
