Pre-Tax NTA, page-34

Hi all,

Updated my NTA spreadsheet this morning and have tried to incorporated the post-tax NTA value as well. Spent some time trawling through various ASX announcements & TSX-V listing statements to find out what the entry price was for each of their investments.

I also noticed that MMJ, in their monthly NTA updates, quote the unrealised gain for FAF using the Black-Scholes pricing model (which takes into account the time-value of options, as well as pricing based on their inherent volatility in the market). I have included this modelling to replicate MMJ's official announcements.

Based on closing prices this morning

NTA (Pre-tax) = 0.45
NTA (Post-tax) = 0.41
