    This is not bad at all, best I've seen so far. I would not see why the SP for MMJ should stay on the 20s because of the pre-tax NTA value being 44.84c AUD. Realistically, the price range has gotta settle in the low to mid 30s. The premium is only around half the value, making MMJ extremely undervalued.
