    Being a layman myself my understanding is that 'PTN is making a Proportional Script Offer for 40% of Babcock & Brown Community Securities. Offer is ONE PTN unit for ONE BBC security. The offer values BBC at $0.475; Based on PTN's
    5 day weighted Average price prior to 4 Sept 08. This represents a 25% premium to the BBC weighted average price for the last 2 months.
