That would be great news...and would also work in with my figures.
At 2.5c however, it is not a particularly high premium, given that I have placed a very loose 2.1c on their assets...and that's without any real value added to their permits, or blue sky premium.
If they do knock it back, it might be because there is another party sniffing about?
If they do, the price could easily hit the high 2's/low 3's in anticipation of a better offer!
Interesting to see that the options will be in the money with this offer!
