Well well well.
Im definetly not one for conspiracy theories but something feels strange here.

How long have we been sitting on these results.Is it coincidence that they get released today when the (I predict poor) quarterly results are released.

Did no geo see visible gold in these samples.This is absolutely stunning stuff.

So my first ever "conspiracy"speculation.
GS was concentrating entirely on the big picture.So much so that he took his eye of the ball at western Tanami.We are thus due for some shocking results there, which some appear to know ahead of quarterlies, and have consequently pushed the price down circa a third.

GS was so convinced of Groundrush he didnt bother with numerous open pit possibilities nearby.As a consequnce he got the bullet along with DH who I presume was an avid supporter.

He is now proved justified and so they dont have total egg on their face they delay releasing results until they can do in conjunction with some ordinary quarterly results.

Could be egg on quite a few faces here but at least there is a posotive aspect to it.
Whatever my speculations may be this smells of elephants here.
Would be great to have some expanded geos thoughts from the geo team.It is too big not to.
