    yesterday PLA hit 7.5 and stalled and got pushed back to 7.1.

    today 9.0/9.1 is the current stall point. nice dump to smack it down to 8.6, but this is just a lull before the next advance.

    Really feel 10.0 is on the cards today (with the help of traders)
