The dead line for the acceptance of Blossomvale's offer is fast approaching, Friday week the 14th of December. Today I and many shareholders would have received "your independent directors recommendation" to accept this offer of 3.2 cents per share!
Today I see that Blossomvale have 29.2% of NMS. This clearly indicates that NMS shareholders believe that Blossomvale offer significantly undervales their share holdings.
