More like buttering every current shareholder during voting season. Just ensuring good vibes are around with an AGM that is designed as a take over bid away from us holders. How manipulated is this stock that a day after voting opens on renunerstion and sell out the SP flies up. 

Dont be fooled, look at whats on the table, not what will happen to the SP prior the April. 

Question is where will your holding in Prana  be worth after the AGM ( for long term investors).
