I think that represents the overall volume of shares if they were converted to ADRs. Some portion of those 9.24 million ADRs would be on ASX ( that obviously arent available to be bought on wall street). Although I could be completely wrong, but if you are aligning overall market cap of the company which is 20 million US, you would have to include all shares ( including ASX shares packed as ADRs) into the total.

You can work it out by taking account of Aus dollar and reverse split ratio for overall value.
