All good. On the positive you get to write off some tax or carry some tax losses forward if you had a bad year.
As long as you learn from it and don't give up then you will have a much better result year after year..
But what do I know I've only been trading 13 months and bought my dream Porsche. Next is a cash business and then an investment property.. Set goals and reward yourself when you do well but learn from your mistakes coz it makes you smarter and hungrier! I lost a bucket of money in my first three months on the ASX. I'm just glad I didn't give up.
