REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – ECO QUEST LIMITED
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Eco Quest Limited (Eco Quest or the Company)
requests an immediate trading halt in the trading of the Company’s apply to its securities.
Eco Quest provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1:
1. Eco Quest makes the request pending the release of an announcement regarding the Cynata
transaction as referred to in the announcement made to the ASX on 12 July 2013;
2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement
of trading on Tuesday, 24 September 2013 or an announcement is made by the Company in relation
to the Cynata transaction;
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading half should not be granted; and
4. The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market of the trading
halt.
