the truth is a little more subtle...it was marketed as a "slashing of fees" but when the analysts looked through all the changes it cam to about 6bp reduction or about 6%.
hardly slashing.......but an impact nonetheless.......
the hidden fees were in the cash holding fee....which they raised but did not advertise.
