Don't worry about the Paradise phosphate stuff, but note Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative has now probably got their hand on the other half of Highlands Plain along without deposits.
The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative are big. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Farmers_Fertiliser_Cooperative
So the "The incoming party is a private Australian company, P2O5 Pty Ltd ('P2O5'), representing a Sydney based consortium with various development interests in Asia." from POZ announcement is The Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co-operative.
Now century stopped processing late last year and have a pipeline and infrastructing sitting idle.

Note in the following link they had been doing studies regarding phosphate.

"Further work to understand the viability of a phosphate business"

When you join what POZ has + what Legend had + MMG has = potentially a very profitable long term phosphate mine, with very low capex.

    more to follow.
