Powerlan as well as Kaz is oversold---BUT one diff In PWR's case the business model is changing, whereas in Kaz's case they are still doing the same thing.
Now I'm not sayoing PWR isn't worth very much higher than this---what I am sayoing though>>>is the market hates uncertainty--the management of the company have not clearly spelt out their new business direction.
They have spoken in general terms not specifics.
So it would be irresponsible to leave of Powerlans analysis the speculative risk. I don't care what the chart say's stick it up your hooter--we are talking about the company.
