Normally I would agree with you, but at times like this, the amount of script on issue can be very beneficial for liquidity...so can actually work in LIO's favour.
LIO have several things on the boil at once at the moment...all of which will generate fairly "sexy" announcements in the eyes of the DT community.
If it helps, imagine they have already had a 1 for 10 consolidation...and that there is only 170m shares on issue and the price is currently 14c.
