I think it tilts the playing board slightly more in OEXs favour from where we were before this news, which can't do any harm. Nearology improves the odds only marginally, making it worth OEXs while to have a look see.

Hey, at the moment OEXs share price seems to be immune from any sort of news except for a guaranteed commercial result out of 77H, let alone what is gong on in WA in another co.
As to what's going on in WA with CNV, at least it's not terrible news on trend in an adjacent block - so, all's good.
