Management don't decide the share price remember, that's the job of those who buy and/or sell the shares.

When did i say that they did?

Maybe management misjudged the amount of the last CR, equally shareholders who bought then might have misjudged the value/price of the company at the time.

Management certainly makes a judgement about what capital to raise , when and at what price and have to exercise considerable skill to get the best outcome.
In the recent cr the feedback I had at the time from local brokers was that demand was such that management could have raised sufficent at 28cents to take them through to their forecast breakeven but for whatever reason did not.

However ignoring the rantings on the forum, for RNT management to seemingly having a policy of not responding to and engaging with social media i think is old PR thinking. In this case they have lost an opportunity to articulate and explain their position on issues that were real . The do nothing option has led to the poison winning in a vacuum with the confidence fairy running away and share price being pummelled.
