So if I understand your view correctly you believe RENT is unlikely to get renters in enough volume to visit the site who in turn generate enough leads to agents to encourage agents at a future date to pay fees?
As to your point that existing players have much that RENT has but with more money I don't disagree but those players are trapped in their own paradigm of 'Principal-Agent Relationship'.
In my view they will do nothing as a result of that paradigm to upset the real estate fraternity
