    Answer: When the agents decide they will be missing too many of the prospective tenant viewers that are only coming to rent.com.au because they want to view the self managed landlord advertisements. Whilst it only duplicates REA I agree, no need but if it separates, then it's a very cheap way to access additional tenants. IMHO
