I am curious to know Mr K what was the total take of the real estate agent for managing your property.
My understanding is they target $12% - $18% of total rental revenue inclusive of all fees such as inspection fees blah blah.
In Perth our local property manager tells me on a like for like basis his rent rolls gross rent since August 2014 to December 2015 has dropped $21% and his overheads have not changed so the heat is on from all sides
