I know some of you have this shares. All im saying is becareful. Im not sure other states in australia but in melbourne rent roll is not making much money for the real estate agents.
Also dont think large portfolio property investors will have time to manage their investment properties. The managing fees is not 7%. In melbourne who ever is paying 7% has been rip off.
I think accaeric got this one wrong. But thats ok. No one can get it right all the times.
