I get the impression that RNT is really established in WA

3 suburbs around Perth CBD that I straight away found already have
- Own your own suburb campaign (Agents pay for listings to be cycled through at top of page - only came out a few weeks ago)
- Paid Featured listings
- Countless New listings. Most suburbs I check out, Perth, Sydney etc...are flooded with New listings by property agents.

North Parramatta is a perfect example, their whole front page is all new listings
