    If you have spoken to agents about the concept then thumbs up from me, I'll admit I hadn't got to that stage of any research/due diligence yet. I have heard that agents are frustrated with the big guys, but also that they even tried to setup competing websites and products, however never really managed to make a dent in REA and Domain. (similar occurred in the auto industry, but they couldn't crack carsales).


    It just concerns me with some of the upbeat positivity that seems to have a dubious fundamental foundation at best. To those who do their research (and this means more than media articles and company announcements) and come to the view that a company is onto something unique - good luck to you and may all your investments head upwards


    An afterthought/edit - do you know what the rental fee to list on REA for an agent actually is? As per my previous post, I'm assuming its not massively high (especially compared to sales listings) when you look at the charges some of the listyourself.com.au type sites are charging. I couldn't find any hard data though.
