Just spoke to an agent from Ray White. They use RNT all the time. She was saying in WA theres now alot of rentals going without tennents for 6 to 8 weeks. Owners are increasing exposure by using more than 1 site to promote. She also said theres been a large increase in owners switching to private because the rents in WA are declining.
