highly doubt the campaign will have any impact on the ratios already in play. So many variables that people posting on here don't take into account such as an owner not living anywhere near their investment property.....it's quite hilarious.

I have investment properties and I don't think twice about paying a tax deductible fee to my agent. I know my time is worth far more $ than the time it would take me to manage them.

As I say we offer a let only service to clients and have found that usually within a 2 year period they sign over the management.

Make no mistake, without generating leads from QUALITY tenants this website will go......well exactly how it's gone since it started.....
