    I paid a spotters fee to my local real estate agent to find me a tenant for my rental property. I ended up saving up to $2000 a year on real estate fees by managing it myself. Will be interesting to see how many landlords make the DIY switch on the back of RNT's television advertising campaign?

    Look out for more postings from disgruntled realestate agents...
