    So your previous post you tell us that agents will be happy to pay Rnt and stop using REA and domain - do I have to spell it out - agents will not stop using REA and domain as they need them
    For sales. Did you know Domain offer free subscriptions? Agents don't need Rnt Rnt needs agents. We get more more than enough enquiry off Domain and REA to obtain multiple apps as soon as Rnt go to charge the agents the agents will drop off like flies make no mistake. Big deal having 6500 non paying agents what is the benefit? The leads we get from REA and domain make Rnt look pitiful. The important measuring stick is enquires - do you think private landlords will pay fees when they get no enquires yet can list on Gumtree for free and achieve far better results of list with a company that will put them
    On several websites including REA and domain for less? Each week a house is vacant in our area it cost the owner $500. 3 weeks of the house being vacant is equal to our yearly tax deductible fee.
