Yes, I can see you would handle your investment property the same way you select stocks judging by that comment. How is Rnt going to appraise properties, how is Rnt going to chase tenants who default, how are Rnt going to evict tenants, how are Rnt going to take tenants to the tribunal, conduct quarrerly inspections, drive past properties numerous times on a weekly Basis minimum to instruct tenants to tidy gardens, how are Rnt going to deal with neighbour disputes, how are rnt going to take 100+ photos for entry condition reports..... It's all laughable...
