If the sellers are lining up to sell in expectation of a unique visitor number being being low they are poorly informed as to the seasonal ebbs and flows of real estate enquiries.
It is a given enquiries fall on there face this time of the year.
But if they are dim witted to invest in something they dont have the foggiest idea about the sooner they go and buy NAB or TLS the better for everyone
