When did I say RNT would be in the same league as REA? I just said agent fees are a nice annuity but not the main game. Please read a little more carefully.

I'm also not sure what you mean by professional landlords. Most landlords I know are investors with 1 or maybe 2 properties. They find the agency service poor and expensive, and only use an agency becasue they are time poor or find it too hard. If there was a service offering agency facilities at a good price, they would take it. This is the market I think RNT can get and then expand.
