I agree a testimonial from a paid agent is unlikely to have material effect on share price, but shows the business development is on track.
It's better off investing in quality speculative stocks at early stage as they usually offer a compelling reward/risk ratio. There are heaps of examples on ASX.
RNT is fitting into that category as it is at early stage and backed with quality fundamentals, IMO.
