OMG so many posts - Itz getting really painful sifting through them to read the informative ones..

@mjlw I conquer with other posters, seems awfully peculiar all ur posts since joining HC have been on a stock u don't even own & please don't give me the same old BS "I start on HC with a thread I have insight to"

Judging by the number of posts u have flooded us with throughout the day u seem to have an awful lot of time on ur hands, BUSINESS must be pretty BAD mate that is if YOU ARE EVEN REALLY in the REAL ESTATE industry as u claim - My son is in the industry & let me tell u he doesn't have a second to scratch himself from the minute he gets to the office with most days skipping lunch albeit he's in sales but I also have a friend who's a property manager and it's the same with her just as busy - It's a crazy industry and I am speaking from experience here....

U have too much time on ur hands & clearly in serious need of a life buddy I highly recommend u get urself one & get urself a REAL JOB not an IMAGINARY one whilst ur at it...

Everyone should do their research regardless before investing their hard earned cash & me thinks everyone here is old enough & ugly enough to make their own investing decisions WIN or LOSE so stop pretending ur saving us from ourselves.
