kippax - from the end of the trial to the results being tabled is three months - the saving grace is that this is an open trial so the results are plain to see - this may help the marketing

I am though concerned again about the options as the delays we have experienced have not been allowed for when they set the expiry date - the directors got an extra 6 months and the convertible note holders got another year on top of that - bloody gift in my view

I do not know what options Steve had but they have offered some pretty fantastic terms to the note holders - I wanted a piece of them but was never given a chance
