Now reporting to Rubik group executive - product David Flynn, Emily Chen joins the financial services software provider from IRESS, where she was product manager for XPLAN. She has also held senior roles at Macquarie and MLC/NAB.

Joanna McCarthy has joined financial services software company Rubik Financial in the newly created position of head of marketing and communications.
McCarthy is former head of communications for global consumer products giant Kimberly-Clark’s Australia & New Zealand operations and was most recently head of marketing with financial technology start-up, Decimal Software, having joined in March of last year.
