    That sums it up pretty well, ARX just got caught in bad timing credit crisis has hit hard, markets are punishing companies with debt no matter what potenial they have, ARX falling into that category lost all bargaining power & those they have to convince know this.

    I hope for ARX holders a deal can be done never good to see this happen.
