gazzat in a bull market you would be spot on it happen alot prop the price up & placment shortly later, unfortunately in a bear market its not the case, its harder to raise money & you wont get the placement price you want unless your company has something attractive to offer.

Remember anyone that looks to invest in ORP via placement would take one look at the sp & knows straight up they wont be able to sell out immediately as there is no regular support on the screen & the spread can be as much as 2 cents differance.

Guess we will continue to disagree, but atleast we both agree ORP has serious value that is not being shown in its share price.
