The average parcel of shares being offered for sale between 14-16c is below 50000 shares or roughly $5-6000, implying that there is no institutional or large shareholder selling taking place at these prices.
It wouldn't take much pressure on the Buy side to break through this barrier which could take us into 20c territory very quickly.
