    I4P recomended to sell on the 05th March. The rights issue at 10c share was announced on the 17th March, after the I4P sell recomendation.

    I believe the I4P sell recomendation was because the profits were well below expectations, however the DES share price had already fallen to 13.5c BEFORE the sell recommendation.
