    Excellent Succession,

I am not sure what structure a letter to the ASX should take. However I'd like then to have a look at this and keep an eye on it at the very least.

I'm all for a unified voice when it comes to smaller shareholders, so if you care to post some pointers I'll work on a fax myself.

    Call it insurance.

On another, somewhat more positive note ould we be jumping the gun a little here? I did speak to DES's CFO about the likely scenario of Prime becoming a majority shareholder
and I was left with the impression that Prime was held in high regard. I dont think there is a real need for a takeover and they may simply get down to business of adding value to the shareholders of which they are the biggest one. Its been an ugly, badly timed, exercise so perhaps we may need the smoke to clear.

I've been trying to find out what I can about David Gordon. His appointment, and his holdings, doesn't seem to fit the game plan for a quick takeover. At least not in the very short term as a news letter initally suggested.

Done right, DES could rebound in sp fairly quickly and I hope that focus soon turns to that endeavour, if it hasn't already.

However, given that t4p have demonstrated an influence, and stated "but Prime will want it lower
before they step up" I beleive DES should release a media statement addressing that suggestion. (Tomorrow)

Anyone want to put that to DES tomorrow? (I wont get time) If someone does please let me know.

    Cheers

    Oscar
