Interesting that Prime control the company and its destiny, without the oversight of any independent directors as required by ASX guidelines
They can effectively push the price up or down by their own business actions (lack thereof), announcements etc - with no one there representing the average shareholder
I havent seen this sort of thing for sonme time now - and I wonder when Prime will comply with ASX guidelines and good corporate governance
I had no issue with Prime removing the old board - that is up to them as the major shareholder - but even Ketty Stokes and his WAN effort offerred to put up independents - and Stokes isnt known for his "good" corparate governance or looking after smaller shareholders.
Time for Prime to be a responsible majority shareholder and corporate citizen, and give small shareholders representation by putting up independents for us to vote on as directors
